Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically within 7-14 business days.

For orders over 99,99, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

Order Tracking

  • Non-Refundable Items: Orders for jewelry made with 9K gold or higher, as well as customized products, cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed. These items are handcrafted to your specifications, and due to their personalized nature and high material value, we cannot accept cancellations or returns after the order has been processed.
